I’ve traveled the northern hemisphere from meeting the Pope in Italy to driving cattle across Wyoming. I am a previous business owner and a trainer at heart. From training collection management teams to training product knowledge and customer service/call center teams, I found people to be caring and interesting in all walks of life. I've worked with all levels of experience and corporate or charity hierarchy and I believe that listening and acting on what was heard to make a positive difference is the key to any successful position or indeed to any life experience.
